Siliconizing of corner and expansion joints

Final cleaning and handover of the site

Step 1: Free inspection and consultation

We apply the adhesive evenly with a notched trowel. For tiles over 30x30 cm or for outdoor installation, we also apply adhesive to the back of the tile (double buttering). Each tile is leveled against adjacent ones using a system of clips and wedges, ensuring an ideally flat surface.

Step 6: Technological pause and grouting
We observe a technological pause of at least 24 hours (or according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions) for its full curing. Then we clean the joints and fill them evenly with the chosen grouting compound, removing any excess with a damp sponge.

Step 7: Final sealing and cleaning
After the grout dries (about 12-24 hours), all internal corners and connections with other elements are sealed with sanitary silicone. The site is cleaned of construction waste and handed over to the client with a signed protocol and a 15-year labor warranty.

Tile laying materials we use and recommend

Epoxy and cementitious grouting compounds
For standard applications, we recommend cementitious grouts with CG2WA classification like Ceresit CE 40 or Mapei Ultracolor Plus, which are hydrophobic and mold-resistant.
