Full Diagnosis and Report
We use FLIR thermal imaging cameras and contact moisture meters to precisely locate leaks and hidden moisture under the waterproofing. This allows us to identify the root cause of the problem, not just the visible symptoms, developing an accurate action plan and eliminating unnecessary costs.
Substrate Preparation
Complete removal of all old, compromised waterproofing layers, gravel, and debris. Subsequent cleaning of the concrete substrate with a high-pressure washer (over 180 bar) and mechanical grinding to remove unstable particles and ensure perfect adhesion.
Crack and Joint Repair

Restoration of Drainage System

3. Site Preparation and Safety

4. Removal of Old Coverings

5. Substrate Repair and Priming
The exposed concrete slab is inspected meticulously. Cracks are reinforced with epoxy resins, and uneven areas are filled with a fast-drying repair mortar such as Baumit BetoFill. The entire surface is then primed to ensure a strong and long-lasting bond with the new waterproofing system.

6. Installation of the New Waterproofing System
This is the key stage. If a TPO membrane is chosen, it is mechanically fastened or adhered, and seams are hot-air welded at 600°C, creating a completely homogeneous bond. For bitumen membranes, two layers (typically 3mm and 4.5mm) are laid, overlapped, and flame-welded with a gas torch.
