Full demolition and debris removal
Demolition of old tiles, screed, removal of sanitaryware, metal pipes, and door. Includes packaging and removal of up to 1.5 tons of construction waste to a licensed landfill, leaving the site completely clean.
Plumbing installation replacement
Installation of a new pipe network for hot, cold, and circulation water with polypropylene pipes with an aluminium insert (PPR-AL-PPR). We change the position of outlets for the sink, shower, toilet, and washing machine according to your approved design.
New electrical installation
Laying new cables (SVT 3x2.5mm² and 3x1.5mm²) in protective corrugated pipes. We install moisture-proof junction boxes (IP55) and prepare outlets for lighting (main and mirror) and a fan.
Wall straightening and floor screed
Application of lime-cement rendering for perfectly vertical walls (checked with a straightedge). Laying new cement-sand floor screed with a laser-set slope of 1.5% towards the drain for complete drainage.
Two-layer elastic waterproofing
Application of two-component cementitious waterproofing (such as Mapei Mapelastic) on the floor and walls up to 2.10m high. All corners and areas around pipes are reinforced with waterproofing tape for 100% protection against seepage.
Tiling of wall tiles, floor tiles, and porcelain stoneware
Professional laying of wall and floor tiles with high-strength flexible adhesives class C2TE S1. We use levelling systems (wedges and clips) to achieve a perfectly flat surface and uniform joints from 1.5 to 3 mm.
Grouting and sanitaryware installation
Filling joints with epoxy (recommended) or antibacterial cementitious grouting compounds (class CG2WA). Precise installation of monoblock/concealed structure, sink, shower cabin/screen, mixers, linear drain, and accessories.
Suspended ceiling and lighting installation
Construction of a suspended ceiling from moisture-resistant plasterboard (H2 type) or PVC panels (hunter). Installation of LED spots/downlights with IP44/IP65 protection class and installation of a fan with a flap and timer.
Our 7-stage bathroom renovation process

Step 1: Survey, consultation, and quote (1 day)

We apply the first layer of elastic waterproofing, lay reinforcing tape in the corners and around the drain, then apply a second layer crosswise. This system creates a continuous waterproof "bath" which is the basis of our warranty.

Step 6: Tiling (Days 9-13)
After the waterproofing is completely dry, we begin tiling the wall and floor tiles. Laying starts from a predetermined level (usually the second row) to ensure a perfect horizontal line throughout the room.

Step 7: Grouting, installations, and handover (Days 14-15)
We grout the tiles, then install all sanitaryware, mixers, shower cabin, furniture, lighting, fan, and accessories. We perform final cleaning, test all systems, and hand over the site with the signing of a handover protocol and warranty card.

Materials and technologies for a bathroom that stands the test of time
We only use products from proven manufacturers that have been tested under conditions of high humidity, temperature changes, and intensive use, specific to bathrooms.
Plumbing pipes and fittings
We use polypropylene pipes with an aluminium insert (Stabi) from manufacturers like WAVIN Ekoplastik or Bänninger. These pipes are certified for drinking water, withstand pressures up to 20 bar, and have an extremely low coefficient of linear expansion, making them ideal for concealed installation.
Waterproofing systems
We rely on two-component elastic cementitious waterproofings such as Weber.tec Superflex D2, Mapei Mapelastic, or SikaTop Seal-107. They form a flexible membrane capable of accommodating micro-cracks in the substrate, combined with alkali-resistant Mapeband or Weber.tec 828 tape in the corners.
Tile adhesives
We apply highly deformable, flexible adhesives of class C2TE S1 (e.g., Ceresit CM 17, Baumit Baumacol FlexTop Speed, Mapei Keraflex Maxi S1). These guarantee a secure bond even when laying tile over tile or with large-format porcelain stoneware and are resistant to constant moisture and thermal expansion.
Grouting compounds
We recommend and work with two-component epoxy grouting compounds (class RG, e.g., Mapei Kerapoxy CQ, Litokol Starlike). They are 100% waterproof, do not absorb dirt, do not change colour, and are resistant to all cleaning agents. Alternatively, we use cementitious grouts with hydrophobic effect (CG2WA).
Plasterboard and constructions
For suspended ceilings, integrated structures, and wall linings, we only use moisture-resistant H2 type plasterboard (green) with a thickness of 12.5 mm from Knauf or Technogips Pro. The construction is built from original galvanized CD/UD profiles with a sheet metal thickness of 0.6 mm, which prevents sagging and rust.
Electrical components
All cables are SVT type (three-conductor, with PVC insulation and sheath), laid in non-combustible corrugated pipes. All sockets, switches, and light fixtures located in zones 1 and 2 of the bathroom have a minimum protection class of IP44, from manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Legrand, or ABB.
