Infra Remonti EOOD is a specialized unit within Infra Remonti EOOD, focused on the design and construction of load-bearing timber roof structures. Our scope of work covers the entire process – from the initial site survey and measurement, through the preparation of a detailed structural design with static calculations according to Eurocode 5, to material delivery and final installation. We work with single-family houses, villas, residential apartment buildings, as well as commercial and industrial facilities requiring structures with large spans, where we use glued laminated timber (BSH). Our teams are equipped with professional tools for cutting, processing and lifting heavy elements, including truck-mounted cranes for complex urban installations. We cover sites nationwide, with our main activity concentrating in Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, and Sofia. For projects in coastal areas (Varna and Burgas), we mandatory apply additional measures such as using fasteners with higher anti-corrosion protection and specific impregnants resistant to high humidity and salt spray, guaranteeing the long-term structural integrity of the structure.

The main problem we solve is the risk of roof compromise and collapse due to poor quality or improperly sized timber construction. Many old buildings suffer from rotten load-bearing beams attacked by woodworms, leading to ridge sagging, wall and ceiling cracks, and ultimately — critical structural instability. Unprofessional construction with wet, untreated, and uncertified material leads to warping and deformation after drying, compromising the roof's geometry and damaging the waterproofing layer. This creates preconditions for leaks, mould, and progressive deterioration of the entire building. We eliminate these risks by strictly adhering to technological norms. The use of dry (moisture <15%), calibrated, and factory-treated KVH/BSH timber prevents subsequent deformations. Our structural engineers perform precise static calculations that consider permanent loads (weight of tiles, insulation) and temporary loads (snow, wind), adapted to the specific geographical area. In this way, we guarantee that the structure will not sag or be damaged even under extreme conditions, saving the client future costs for expensive and complex repairs.
