Technical Inspection and Substrate Assessment

2. Preparation of a detailed offer
Within 48 hours of the inspection, you will receive a detailed written offer. 3. Contract and planning
Upon accepting the offer, we sign an official contract that legally protects both parties. It describes all agreed parameters from the offer, as well as our 15-year warranty. Immediately thereafter, the project enters our schedule, and a start date for work is set.

4. Substrate preparation
Work begins with scaffolding installation and site safety measures. The facade is thoroughly cleaned and primed with a product suitable for the substrate and render (e.g., Weber GR100). 5. Application of mineral render

7. Technological drying time

8. Final inspection and acceptance
