What we deliver and which problem we solve
What we deliver
Infra Remonti EOOD specializes in the design and construction of high-strength concrete fences for private, commercial, and industrial clients in Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv, and Sofia. Our service covers the entire cycle – from geodesic surveying and foundation excavation to final finishing works. We offer two main types of constructions: pre-fabricated fences from pre-produced reinforced concrete panels and columns, and monolithic fences, poured on-site. For monolithic walls, we use professional formwork systems that guarantee perfectly smooth surfaces and precise geometry. Our teams are equipped with their own machinery, including mini-excavators for excavation work and concrete pumps for inaccessible terrains. We take into account regional climatic specifics – for sites in Varna and Burgas, we always incorporate additives for increased sulfate resistance and apply hydrophobic coatings for protection against salty mist. In Sofia and mountainous regions, we use air-entraining additives for better frost resistance of the concrete during freezing and thawing cycles.
Which problem we solve
The main problem we solve is the need for a durable and reliable physical barrier, ensuring security and privacy. A concrete fence is a definitive solution against unwanted access, prying eyes, and significantly reduces noise from street traffic (up to 30 dB for monolithic constructions). Another key problem is property boundary disputes – precise surveying and construction of a solid fence eliminate them. Unprofessional construction carries serious risks: insufficient foundation depth (below 80 cm) leads to heaving from frozen soil and cracking of the structure. Using low-grade concrete (below C20/25) or insufficient reinforcement causes structural defects and premature deterioration. In coastal areas like Varna, improperly protected rebar corrodes quickly, causing concrete spalling. Our technology and material selection prevent these problems, ensuring your investment is protected for decades to come, and the fence will not tilt, crack, or disintegrate, avoiding costly repairs and potential hazards.

What does our concrete fence service include?
We deliver a finished product, with every stage precisely executed according to technical standards.
Geodetic survey and marking
Before any work, our technical manager or partner surveyor precisely defines and marks the fence line according to the cadastral plan. This eliminates any future disputes with neighbours and ensures that the structure is entirely within your property. The precision of this stage is crucial for the legality of the entire project.
Machine excavation for strip foundations
We use a mini-excavator to dig a trench for foundations with a minimum width of 40 cm and a depth of 80-100 cm. This depth is below the frost line for Bulgaria, which prevents foundation heaving and fence cracking. For taller or heavier fences, the depth is increased according to the structural plan.
Reinforcement cage fabrication
We manually tie a reinforcement cage for the strip foundation from B500B class steel with rod diameters from ø10 to ø14 mm, depending on the height and weight of the fence. The reinforcement provides tensile strength and prevents cracks in the concrete, absorbing loads from earth pressure and the structure's own weight.
Formwork and foundation pouring
We install formwork panels and pour the foundations with C20/25 (B25) class concrete, delivered from a certified concrete batching plant. The concrete is vibrated with an immersion vibrator to remove air voids and achieve maximum density and strength for the foundation. For panel fences, the columns are anchored into the fresh concrete.
Installation of pre-fabricated panels and columns
Once the foundations gain strength, we install the pre-fabricated concrete columns and slide the panels into their specially designed channels. Each element is precisely levelled. Panels are typically 200x50x4.5 cm and are made of vibro-compressed C25/30 concrete with added polypropylene fibres for impact resistance.
Construction of a monolithic wall
When opting for a monolithic fence, we install double-sided system formwork (PERI/Doka) over the finished foundations. We pour the wall with C25/30 (B30) class concrete, with the process executed in one go or in sections to avoid cold joints. The result is an ideally smooth and strong wall without visible joints.
Waterproofing and drainage
The part of the foundations remaining underground is treated with bitumen or cementitious waterproofing (e.g., SikaLastic-152) to stop capillary moisture. If necessary, a drainage system is laid at the base of the fence on the side of the higher terrain to drain groundwater, preventing hydrostatic pressure.
Capping the fence
Concrete caps (copings) are installed or cast onto the fence. They not only have an aesthetic function but also protect the fence body from direct water and snow penetration, which significantly extends its lifespan and protects against damage from freezing.
Finishing coatings and impregnation
After the concrete is fully cured, we can apply polymer render, facade paint, or leave the concrete exposed. We always apply a colorless hydrophobic impregnator (such as SikaGard-703 W), which seals the pores and protects the surface from dirt, moisture, and UV rays, preserving its appearance for years to come.
Cleaning and handover with warranty
After completing all activities, we clean the construction site of all debris and dismantle the equipment. We conduct a final inspection with the client, sign a handover protocol, and provide the written 15-year warranty for the structure.
Our 8-step concrete fence construction process
From initial contact to final acceptance, we follow a strict protocol for quality and communication.
- 1
Step 1: Initial survey and consultation
Our engineer visits your property to take measurements and assess the conditions – access, elevation differences, soil type. We discuss your requirements for height, security, sound insulation, and design (panel or monolithic). This first meeting is free and forms the basis for an accurate quote.
- 2
Step 2: Preparation of a technical offer
Within 2-3 working days, you receive a detailed quote that includes a description of activities, material specifications (concrete class, rebar diameter), price per linear meter, total cost, completion time, and our standard contract with 30/40/30 payment. Everything is completely transparent, with no hidden fees.
- 3
Step 3: Site preparation and layout
After signing the contract and advance payment, our team arrives on site. We clear the future fence line of vegetation and obstacles. We perform precise geodetic surveying and stretch marking ropes that define the exact axis of excavation.
- 4
Step 4: Excavation work and reinforcement placement
Using compact tracked machinery, we excavate the trench for the foundations to the design depth of min. 80 cm. The pre-prepared reinforcement cage is laid in the trench, with spacers placed to ensure the necessary concrete cover on all sides of the reinforcement.
- 5
Step 5: Formwork and foundation concreting
We install formwork for the visible part of the foundation (plinth). We pour C20/25 class concrete, distributing it evenly and vibrating it thoroughly for compaction. For panel fences, at this stage, concrete columns are installed and levelled, anchored into the fresh concrete.
- 6
Step 6: Panel installation / wall pouring
We allow a curing time of 5 to 7 days for the concrete in the foundations to gain initial strength. After that, we proceed to the main part: we install the panels between the columns or build the formwork for the monolithic wall and pour it with C25/30 class concrete, delivered by concrete pump.
- 7
Step 7: Formwork removal and finishing works
Once the wall concrete reaches the required strength, the formwork is removed. Concrete caps/copings are laid, joints between panels are filled, and cosmetic adjustments are made if needed. Finishing coatings – render, paint, and the mandatory protective impregnator – are applied.
- 8
Step 8: Final cleaning and acceptance
The final stage is the complete cleaning of the site and removal of construction waste to a regulated landfill. We conduct a thorough inspection with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We sign a handover protocol and provide you with your 15-year written warranty.

Top-grade materials for your fence
The durability of a concrete fence is directly dependent on the quality of the components used. We only use certified materials.
Concrete class C25/30 (B30) and C20/25 (B25)
For fence bodies (panels and monolithic walls), we use C25/30 class concrete with a minimum characteristic compressive strength of 30 MPa. For foundations, we use C20/25 class (25 MPa). We source only from reputable concrete plants such as Holcim and HeidelbergCement, with full quality control and a declaration of conformity according to EN 206 for each delivery.
B500B class reinforcing steel
All reinforcement is made of ribbed B500B class steel with a yield strength of 500 MPa. This class ensures excellent adhesion to concrete and high strength, preventing crack formation. We use diameters from ø8 to ø16 mm depending on structural requirements. We source from manufacturers like Stomana Industry, accompanied by a quality certificate.
Vibro-compressed decorative panels
Our pre-fabricated panels are produced using a vibro-compression technology with a semi-dry C30/37 concrete mix, which gives them high density and low water absorption. They are 4.5-5 cm thick and reinforced with mesh and polypropylene fibres. Colouring with iron oxides is done throughout the mixture, ensuring that the colour will not fade or peel.
System formwork (PERI/Doka)
For pouring monolithic fences, we use professional formwork systems from manufacturers such as PERI and Doka. These allow achieving perfectly smooth surfaces of class SB2/SB3 (exposed concrete) and perfect verticality, minimizing the need for subsequent renders. They also significantly accelerate the construction process.
Hydrophobic impregnator SikaGard-703 W
This is a water-emulsion silane/siloxane-based impregnator that we apply as a final coating. It penetrates the pores of the concrete and creates an invisible water-repellent film. This drastically reduces water absorption, protects against dirt, mould growth, and salt mist damage, making it essential for sites in Varna and along the Black Sea coast.
Concrete additives from Sika/Master Builders
Depending on the season and specific requirements, we use various chemical additives. Plasticizers to improve workability, retarders for summer conditions (Plovdiv), accelerators and anti-freeze additives for winter concreting (Sofia), and air-entraining additives to increase the frost resistance of the finished product.
What types of sites are concrete fences suitable for?
The versatility and strength of concrete make it a preferred choice for a wide range of applications.
