What does our rough construction service include?
We cover the entire rough stage of the building — from the first shovel to walls ready for finishing works. We work with designers and engineers, or directly based on a project you have prepared.
Excavation and site preparation
We perform mechanized and manual excavations for foundations, septic tanks, water and sewage lines. We prepare the terrain with the correct level and slope, and organize the removal of excavated soil. We work with licensed carriers and comply with municipal requirements for earth masses.
Foundations, reinforcement, and formwork
We build flat slab and strip foundations according to the designer's project. We lay reinforcement from certified steel, build sturdy formwork, and pour concrete from licensed plants (Holcim, Lafarge). We adhere to the curing time and proper stripping of the formwork.
Masonry — bricks, aerated concrete, ceramic blocks
We perform load-bearing and partition masonry with bricks (Wienerberger Porotherm), AAC blocks (Ytong), or ceramic blocks. We install reinforced caps on the levels, and mount lintels and door headers. Exact level, straight joints, proper bond.
Concrete Slabs, Staircases, and Floorings
We pour intermediate floor slabs, terraces, staircases, and floor slabs with proper reinforcement and concrete grade according to the load. We work with conventional and pumped concrete systems. We guarantee load-bearing capacity and durability.
