Infra Remonti EOOD (UIC 207950548) provides full floor covering installation services for all modern types — HDF laminate with AC4, AC5 and AC6 wear classes (commercial), LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) and SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) vinyl flooring 4-8 mm thick, three-layer engineered parquet with 3-6 mm oak top layer in floating/glued installation, traditional solid parquet in oak, beech, ash with 14-22 mm thickness, as well as cork, bamboo and corkboard. We serve sites in Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv and Sofia with our own specialized crews — carpenters for parquet and installers for laminate and vinyl, each with appropriate qualifications. For each project we prepare a connection plan (floating click, glued or nailed on battens), installation direction relative to natural light and waste optimization under 7%. For sites over 80 sqm we provide measurement with a professional Trotec moisture meter for substrate and air humidity, which is critical for wood flooring.
Which problem we solve
Floor coverings most often suffer from preparation errors, not material defects. Specific problems we solve: 1) 'Squeaking' laminate and click problems — result of incomplete substrate leveling (deviations over 2 mm/2 m) or missing perimeter expansion gap. We solve with self-leveling compound and leaving 8-12 mm gap hidden under skirting. 2) Parquet bulging and joint separation — due to elevated substrate humidity (concrete in Varna is often above 4% in the first year). We always measure with CM method (calcium carbide test) and never install above 2.5% moisture. 3) LVT vinyl deformation under floor heating — only certain classes are suitable (with thermal stabilization to 28°C); we work only with proven Tarkett, Quick-Step, Egger products. 4) Visible joints between planks in corridors over 8 m long — we offer placement of compensation T-profiles at proper points. 5) Solid parquet damage after sanding — we control depth with professional Bona Belt machines and 36→60→100→120→150 grit sequence. Measurement and substrate evaluation
With Bosch GLL 3-80 laser level we check substrate flatness in both directions. With Trotec T2000 moisture meter we measure relative humidity of concrete (max 2.5% for parquet, 4% for laminate) and air (40-60%). With telescopic ruler we document deviations and determine the need for leveling compound or additional underlayment.
Substrate preparation and leveling
For unevenness over 2 mm/2 m for laminate and vinyl, or over 1 mm/2 m for parquet, we apply self-leveling compound Ceresit CN 76 or Mapei Ultraplan Eco at 1-15 mm thickness. Beforehand we prime with deep-penetrating primer to improve adhesion. We wait 24-48h for full drying before installation.
Underlayment installation (for floating coverings)
Under laminate and vinyl we lay sound-insulating underlayment — foamed polyethylene with aluminum foil (for additional thermal insulation), cork (for better sound insulation in apartments), or specialized 1-2 mm LVT underlayments with integrated moisture barrier. For floor heating we use only certified thermo-conductive underlayments with R<0.15 m²K/W.
Laminate installation with click joint
We start from the inside corner with first-row distribution so the last row isn't shorter than 30 cm. We maintain 8-12 mm expansion gap at perimeter (hidden under skirting or T-profile). We use a Bessey tightening block to click planks without damaging the joint. For corridors over 8 m long we place a compensation T-profile.
LVT/SPC vinyl flooring installation
For click LVT we work analogously to laminate. For glued LVT we apply Mapei Ultrabond Eco V4 SP contact adhesive with B1 trowel and leave 15-20 min open time before bonding. SPC flooring with 'integrated underlayment' we install directly on leveled substrate without underlayment, with 6-8 mm expansion gap.
Three-layer parquet — floating or glued
For floating installation we use Click 5G joint and underlayment with moisture barrier. For glued installation we work with two-component polyurethane adhesive Bona R845 or Sika SikaBond T54, applied with B11 trowel (700-800 g/sqm). We leave 10-15 mm expansion gap at perimeter. We start from the longest wall.
Solid parquet — glued or on battens
Classic 14-22 mm solid parquet we glue with two-component flexible PU adhesive (Bona R848, Sika T58) on leveled cement substrate. Alternatively, on dry wooden battens at 30-40 cm spacing with 50 mm nails. After installation we wait 14-21 days for acclimatization before sanding and finishing.
Sanding and finishing of solid parquet
After installation we perform rough sanding with Bona Belt belt machine + 36/40/60 grit. Fine sanding with Bona FlexiSand with 80/100/120/150 grit. Edges are processed with Bona Edge. We finish with two-component PU lacquer Bona Traffic HD (3 coats) or with natural Osmo HardWax oil (2-3 coats), depending on client choice.
Skirting, threshold and T-profile installation
Final decorative step — installation of skirting boards (painted MDF, solid wood or PVC), T-profiles in passages to adjacent rooms with different flooring, ramps to terraces, thresholds to hide expansion gaps. We install with nails, brackets or special Bond Strip for easy future removal.
Final cleaning and warranty handover
We clean the flooring with appropriate cleaner (no water for parquet!) — Bona Cleaner for laminate and parquet, specialized Forbo cleaner for vinyl. We dispose of all waste (packaging, cuttings, dust). We hand over with acceptance protocol, maintenance instructions and 15-year written warranty certificate.

Step 1: Free survey and moisture measurement
Within 24-48h of inquiry our technical specialist visits the site. Performs measurement, checks flatness with laser, measures substrate moisture with professional CM or electronic meter, evaluates old flooring (if dismantling needed). Documents specifics like floor heating, high skirting, uneven corners.

Step 2: Flooring choice consultation and quote
If client hasn't chosen flooring yet, we consult on suitable product based on traffic, budget, design concept and specifics (floor heating, dogs/kids, moisture sensitivity). Within 2 working days we send a quote with breakdown — labor, underlayment, adhesive, skirting, possible substrate prep.

Step 3: Contract and 30% advance
Upon approval we sign a contract with fixed prices, deadlines, material descriptions by brand and model, warranty terms. The 30% advance covers substrate prep, adhesive, skirting, underlayment and schedule slot reservation. The flooring itself is usually purchased by the client per our model recommendation.

Step 4: Substrate preparation and leveling
We dismantle old flooring (€8-15/sqm extra), clean substrate, prime and apply self-leveling compound if needed. For parquet we always wait full drying (24-48h for 5 mm layer). For laminate and vinyl moisture tolerance is higher, but we don't skip this step.

Step 5: Material acclimatization
Before installation we wait for the flooring to acclimatize in the room: laminate — 48h, vinyl — 24h, parquet — 5-7 days. We maintain temperature 18-24°C and relative humidity 45-60%. This is critical to avoid future expansion or shrinkage leading to joint bulging.

Step 6: Flooring installation
We perform installation per pre-marked schematic. For floating flooring — with click and tightening block. For glued — with contact adhesive and trowel. Daily pace: 25-40 sqm/day for laminate, 20-30 sqm/day for vinyl, 15-25 sqm/day for parquet, 10-15 sqm/day for solid parquet with sanding.

Step 7: Sanding and finishing (for solid parquet)
After 14-21 day acclimatization we sand in three passes with belt and edge machines. We install skirting after first lacquer/oil layer for clean edges. We finish with PU lacquer (3 coats) or hard wax oil (2-3 coats). Between coats — 4-12h drying.

Step 8: Final cleaning and handover
We clean with appropriate cleaners, install thresholds and T-profiles, dispose of all waste. We hand over with protocol, maintenance instructions and sample kit (for future repairs), 15-year warranty certificate and all material invoices from client side (for their own manufacturer warranty).

HDF Laminate, AC4-AC6 class
We install all leading brands — Quick-Step (Belgium), Egger (Germany), Krono Original, Tarkett. For homes we recommend AC4 class (8-10 mm), for high-traffic and commercial — AC5 (10-12 mm), for industrial and hotel sites — AC6. Manufacturer warranty 15-30 years. Material prices €8-25/sqm, installation labor €8-12/sqm.
LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) and SPC flooring
Vinyl LVT flooring is the most versatile — suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, business premises, with floor heating. Thicknesses 4-8 mm, wear layer 0.3-0.7 mm, antibacterial. We recommend Quick-Step Livyn, Tarkett iD, Egger Floors. SPC versions (Stone Plastic Composite) are harder and more stable. Material price €18-45/sqm, labor €10-14/sqm.
Three-layer engineered parquet
Stable and suitable for floor heating, made of 3 layers — top oak 3-6 mm, middle pine slats for stability, bottom pine for balance. Thickness 12-22 mm, width 130-260 mm. Finish — lacquer, oil, wax. We recommend Tarkett, Boen, Karelia. Material price €35-90/sqm, installation labor €15-20/sqm.
Solid parquet — oak, beech, ash
Traditional parquet from solid wood, 14-22 mm thickness. Offers longest life (50+ years) with possibility for repeated sanding. We install with two-component PU adhesive on concrete or with nails on battens. After installation we wait 14-21 days before sanding and finishing. Material prices €50-120/sqm, labor (with sanding and finishing) €22-32/sqm.
Underlayments and sound insulation
For floating flooring we use various underlayments per application: foamed polyethylene with aluminum foil (standard, 2-3 mm), cork (for quiet room, 3 mm), specialized sound-insulating Tuplex or Sonic Vapor (reduce impact noise to 21 dB). For floor heating — only certified thermo-conductive underlayments with thermal resistance R<0.15 m²K/W.
Bona, Osmo, Sika adhesives and finishes
For glued parquet we work with Bona R848 (PU, flexible, solvent-free) or Sika SikaBond T54. For sanding and finishing — full Bona system (Bona Prime Classic primer, Bona Traffic HD lacquer for intense traffic, or Osmo Hardwax oil for natural look). All products have low VOC levels and EC1 Plus certificates for indoor air.
