Step 1: Site preparation and safety
We cordon off the working area and erect the facade scaffolding, including a safety net. We meticulously mask windows, doors, and other elements with UV-resistant tapes and foil. This protects your property and ensures a safe working environment. All activities are carried out in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 on minimum requirements for occupational safety and health.

Step 2: Cleaning and base repair
The facade is completely cleaned of dust, grease, and unsound sections using a pressure washer (up to 120 bar). All cracks and irregularities in the base are filled with specialized repair mortars. This step is critical, as a sound and clean base is the foundation for good adhesion.

Step 3: Surface priming
We apply one coat of adhesive, coloured to match the plaster, primer (e.g., Baumit UniPrimer). The primer regulates the absorbency of the base, prevents the plaster from drying too quickly, and creates a strong bond between the render and the finish coat, increasing adhesion by up to 40%.

Step 4: Installation of finishing profiles

The freshly applied plaster is protected from direct sun, rain, and strong winds during the first 24-72 hours by the scaffolding's protective mesh. Full drying and reaching operational strength takes between 7 and 21 days, depending on humidity and temperature. No mechanical impact is allowed during this period.

Silicone plaster (Ceresit CT 74/CT 75)
High-quality decorative plaster with BioProtect formula, providing exceptional resistance to mould, mildew, and algae. It has a strong self-cleaning effect ('lotus effect') and high vapour permeability (Sd ≈ 0.14 m). Extremely elastic and UV-resistant, it is the ideal choice for areas with high humidity like Varna and Burgas. Available in over 500 colours.
Silicate plaster (Baumit SilikatTop)
Mineral plaster based on potassium water glass, characterized by the highest vapour permeability (Sd < 0.05 m). This makes it a perfect finish coat for mineral wool systems and for renovating old buildings. Its naturally high alkalinity (pH ≈ 12) provides natural protection against microorganisms. Mosaic plaster (Baumit MosaikTop)
Extremely strong and resistant to impact and abrasion plaster, consisting of colourful quartz stones and acrylic resin. It is mainly used for plinths, entrance areas, columns, and other details subjected to intensive stress and pollution. Completely waterproof and easy to clean, it provides long-lasting protection for the most vulnerable parts of the building.
Quartz primer (Ceresit CT 16)
Contact primer containing fine quartz sand, which creates a rough surface for optimal adhesion of the decorative plaster. It equalizes the absorbency of the base and is coloured to match the plaster, preventing the base from showing through. Its use is mandatory and is a critical factor for the durability of the entire system. Coverage rate: ~0.3 kg/m².
